In non-standard parts machining centers, more tools are generally used in the machining process. In order to ensure the machining accuracy of precision parts, the order of tool replacement must be arranged reasonably. The corresponding processing tool replacement is the processing sequence. The general process principle is to make the datum surface first, then punch holes, first coarse and then finely divide the primary and secondary.

In the machining process of mechanical precision parts, the machining of the datum surface is the best, which provides a positioning reference for the machining of other surfaces. The datum of the process positioning is the datum of the next process positioning. Therefore, after the positioning benchmarks of all processes of a non-standard part processing are determined, the sequence arrangement of the entire processing flow can be pushed forward.

When arranging the processing sequence of mechanical precision parts, it must be clear whether non-standard parts need to be processed and processed. Pre-processing is usually also done by CNC turning. If the rough precision of the workpiece is high, the positioning is guaranteed, or the processing volume is sufficient, it can be processed directly in the machining center without pre-processing. This needs to consider the difference between the accuracy of the rough reference and the process of the machining center, which can be completed by several processes or one process.

Similarly, if the pretreatment surface and the operation surface of the machining center have different standard requirements, sufficient machining allowance must be reserved during the pretreatment. In the one-time clamping of the non-standard mechanical precision parts processing center, all the cnc machining contents including the pre-processed surface must also be included to ensure the final precision parts processing accuracy.
